I wanted to recognize the promptness, and professionalism of Dylan O’Dwyer in helping me with the installation of a new kitchen faucet. I called him on Monday afternoon and he called me back later the same day and when asked if he could do the install, he said he’d be by at 10am Tuesday morning. He texted to let me know it would be more like 10:15am, and arrived on time and had the job done by 11:00am.
