I wanted to recognize the promptness, and professionalism of Dylan O’Dwyer in helping me with the installation of a new kitchen faucet. I called him on Monday afternoon and he called me back later the same day and when asked if he could do the install, he said he’d be by at 10am Tuesday morning. He texted to let me know it would be more like 10:15am, and arrived on time and had the job done by 11:00am. He also invoiced me immediately and I was able to e-transfer him payment.
Thank you for getting the job done so quickly and making sure I didn’t lose the use of my kitchen sink for a week, which is what my husband feared might happen if he attempted this install!
